If you need a winter warmer then this is it! The free-range hock (shank) is cured with only sea salt, and naturally wood-smoked to give a yummy bacon flavour. Slow cook or simmer, perfect for your winter stocks and soups and full of flavour.

Our Free range Ham Hock is produced using certified Free-Range pork from Goondiwindi, sea salt, panela sugar and wood smoked in our smoke house.
