Shipping and Returns
We have no minimum order for home delivery, with a $35 delivery fee for smaller orders. Orders $100 and over incur a $35 delivery charge for refrigerated home delivery, orders over $100 incur a $22 delivery charge and all orders $200 and over receive FREE refrigerated home delivery.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your order has been placed, you are unable to alter the delivery details.
Customers will receive one delivery per order and delivery days and addresses can not be altered. You can not alter your set delivery day for your area and there are no changes to our delivery schedule. Australian Organic Meat Co can not give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time.
All of our orders are delivered in a refrigerated vehicle to your door to ensure your order is kept at optimum temperature for ideal shelf life from our warehouse to your doorstep.
All of our home deliveries are delivered in environmentally friendly insulated boxes with ice which have been tested to hold products at their optimal temperature for over 24 hours.
Australian Organic Meat Co accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered. This is why we advise on instructing a safe place for your order to be left if you know you won’t be home at the time of delivery. If you have placed your order and haven’t advised on any special delivery instructions and know you are going to be out at the time of your delivery, then please call us on 07 3193 9998, and notify of a safe place you would like your order to be left.
We strive to provide our customers with the best quality products, ensuring you receive fresh, superior organic meats and sensational free-range, chemical free small goods. However, if you receive your order and there is something you are unhappy with, or there has been an error with your order, then please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery. Please note, that Australian Organic Meat Co will not replace or provide a refund for any products ordered by mistake. Australian Organic Meat Co will also not offer any refunds or replacement product for orders which have been delivered as per our delivery method, and been mistakably left outside or unattended. Australian Organic Meat Co will not offer any replacement products or refunds for orders which have the incorrect delivery address listed. Any costs involved with rectifying orders which have been ordered with the incorrect details and delivery details, will be passed onto the customer.
Our products are portion based and all weights are approximate. We aim to get the portioned weight as close as possible, although being a natural product, this can be very difficult. There may be some slight variances with the weights, although we do our best to get them as close as possible.
