The best thing about these sausages, is that they consist purely of certified organic meat and seasoning. We break down the whole chook, and run the meat through the mincer adding in chicken skin for an amazing flavour, plus the added health benefits of consuming 'nose to tail.' We then add organic shallots, oven roasted organic garlic, Himalayan salt and pepper, and are run them through into a natural collagen casing.
