This recipe isn’t just nourishing for the body, but is also super easy to make, you won’t believe how delicious it tastes! The smell of this soup simmering away on the cooktop will definitely make you hungry!
The only ingredient i prepareed ahead of this was the chicken broth. I simply placed our organic chicken frames into a slow cooker with water, garlic and veggies and let it slow cook for 24 hours. Then i simply strain the end product to end up with a lovely gut health chicken broth.

- 1/2 large head cauliflower
- 1 large zucchini peeled if you don’t want your soup to have a green tinge
- 1 small red onion diced
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 rashers bacon chopped
- 1 litre chicken bone broth
- 250 ml coconut cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Add all ingredients except the coconut cream to a large pot (or slow cooker) and place over a low heat. Bring to the boil then allow to simmer for 30-45 minutes. Use a stick blender to blend to smooth.
Add the coconut cream and reblend. Taste and season with salt and pepper as required.
